Our purpose

Integrating the human factor at the start of the relationship between a candidate and a company to make recruitment simpler, faster, more relevant, more inclusive, and more sustainable.

How it started

The idea was born from a shared reflection between Juliette, 19, a student in HR, and Nicolas, 48, a team management consultant.

At the end of 2022, Juliette landed her first internship with just one video, launching her young career. Meanwhile, Nicolas was discussing with his contacts in companies the value of an innovative format in the recruitment world to make it more relevant, easier, and more human…

The adventure began, and it’s working! Candidates need to express their personality and expectations, and companies need to hear and see what isn’t on the CV.

Juliette, as well as Marie and Floriane, found their internships with a 2’MAX. Candidates love the format for expressing themselves beyond their experience and education.
