Our purpose: To bring the human dimension to the very beginning of the relationship between a candidate and a company, to make recruitment simpler, faster, more relevant, more inclusive, and more lasting.

How it started

It all started with a conversation between Juliette, 19, an HR student, and her father Nicolas, 48, a team management consultant.

Juliette was looking for her first internship, just a few months after graduating from high school. She decided to try an unconventional format: a video under two minutes, sent only to a few companies, without exposing herself on the internet.
The result? Internship found in just a few days.

Nicolas, on his side, was speaking with companies searching for more human and efficient solutions to recruit in a world accelerated by artificial intelligence. He saw Juliette’s video as a spark: what if this was the future of pre-screening?

And so, 2 Minutes Max was born.

Very quickly, other candidates tried the format, starting with Juliette’s fellow BTS students, who became the first beta testers of a platform designed to be simple, universal, and suitable for both candidates and recruiters.

On the company side? The firm that hired Juliette became one of the first clients. The format resonated because it shows what a CV doesn’t: motivation, personality, drive.

Since then, the journey has continued, with thousands of users in France and around the world: what started around a family table has become a practical tool to make recruitment simpler, more human, and more relevant.
